First two didn't count it seems for this achievement. Originally posted by BrySkye:Main things to do are:ĥ/13 done on Legendary on the Career screen for "Legendary Anniversary" There is 15 missions. If the tracker bar is full, but it hasn't unlocked on either your Xbox profile or Steam after a 24 hour period, then that would seem to be a brand new achievement bug either exclusive to the PC, or this particular build of the MCC. Whilst Generous Tipper (Par time on Tip of the Spear) was bugged as a Steam achievement on launch, it was still unlocking on the associated Xbox profile, which is why I have two different unlock dates for that one, despite only playing Reach via PC/Steam. Xbox Live and Steam achievements are treated as separate entities. If the progress tracker IS full, check your Xbox profile. Something like a connection drop-out on the loading screens between levels invalidated the previous level being counted as completed. Something like that actually happened with Reach when I ran it in co-op. If its not, then you know the game considers something as being missed. If the bar is full, then it should just be a matter of time. Doing that run made me say ♥♥♥♥ Halo 2 for a little lmfao.Ĭheck in the Career screens and see what it says your status is for the Legend Achievement under the Halo 2 campaign listing.
Jokes aside, yeah I'll wait a bit see what happens. Maybe that would totally get them to fix my Legendary play through done quicker. I'll just sit about the forums like everyone else here and for some reason love to cry, rage, and reee about "Issues" related to my game on my supposedly ♥♥♥♥♥♥ hardware with the GPU being made 2017 and my specs on my steam. Legit Halo 2 Legendary is easily the hardest one of them all and it makes you cry eventually or feel dead inside wondering wtf am I doing with my time and life? I'd shoot myself for even playing that ♥♥♥♥ in solo after all the BS the whole night me and my buddy went through.
It's "bugged" because it's true, since you can't complete heretic and armory on co-op technically the main story is not complete, that's why the achievement does not pop up, it's some serious ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because you SHOULD be able to unlock it on co-op, the most likely solution will be to wait for a patch to fix this or just replay it again on solo *shrug* Otherwise it must be bugged as I can even SS it that every one is done. Wondering if I need to do a whole play through one normal solo since I did only the flight missions. We did every mission in COOP Legendary though the first two are solo only and wee got that. The Heretic, ie the cutscene and The Armory, ie the little tutorial/control configuration).Įven though Heretic is literally just a cutscene, you must still sit through it on Legendary for it to count as the whole campaign being completed. When you play the game in Co-op, it tends to skip the first 'levels'.
Sometimes there is a delay, sometimes you have to play an extra mission, sometimes you have to just restart the game (I had to restart the game for Monopolised to pop).īut also, check in the missions menu to make sure the game says every single mission has actually been completed on Legendary. Hand-picked turtles can change gameplay.Originally posted by BrySkye:The Legendary achievement itself isn't completely bugged, unlike completing the campaign on Easy. Much is available only at high difficulty levels. Increasing difficulty will lead to an increase in the number of enemies, as well as their power. There are four difficulty levels in campaign mode: Easy, Normal, Heroic, and Legendary. The levels alternate between Master Chief and Arbiter, but there are few gameplay differences between both.
Campaign mode is available for single and multiplayer games. Human weapons are less effective against energy shields. Alien weapons are susceptible to barrel overheating. Grenades will stop the accumulation of opponents, and a melee attack will help in a difficult situation. Some types of cannons can be held in two hands, turning into firepower under the pressure of enemy forces. In cover and in the absence of firing at the player, the charge of the shield is restored again. The energy shield protects the main character from incoming damage. In the player's ability to dispose of various types of weapons, both human specimens and alien futuristic means to destroy opponents. When hitting a vehicle, the camera changes the image to a third-person view. The game is a sequel to the famous Halo series. Halo 2 Is a classic first person shooter.
